Merry Christmas!

Our Christmas morning started about 3:30 am with Colton in his room with the door wide open playing video games! We told him more than once to turn it down---around 4:15 Garrett woke up--and then it was over and we were pretty much up for the day! Colton got the IPOD he has been wanting and Garrett was of course more interested in the paper.

Colton was baptized and confirmed by his Uncle Seth. Seth did such a great job!! Colton was so excited to be baptized! Grandma Kathy, Grandpa Scott, Grandma Vicki, and Grandpa Bill all participated in this very special day for Colton! Colton's friend Kaylee Sandberg played the piano and did such a fabulous job! Afterwards everyone came back to our house for lunch. Everything turned out really nice!

Dress up!

The kids didn't have school today so we decided to go down to The Gateway! We went to the Children's Museum for a few hours, then went and ate some pizza. We walked around for a little bit til we saw Ben and Jerry's--so we stopped in for some ice-cream.

Happy Halloween!

Here are the boys all dressed up for Halloween. Colton is a scary dead monster and Garrett is a skunk. That morning I helped with Colton's class party, we made spiders out of ding dongs and licorice--the kids had a great time! Later we did lots of trick or treating! Garrett loved the suckers!

Colton turned 8 years old today! We had a party with about 12 kids. The kids started out with pizza and Cheetos---we then played some fun games, had cake and ice-cream and then opened presents. Colton got an XBOX 360 that he has wanted for a long time. I think the kids all had a fun time!

Garrett turns 6 months!!!

Today Garrett turned 6 months old! We decided to have a little party for him. We made chocolate cupcakes--and let Garrett eat his own. And as you can tell from the pictures....he liked it! He made a bit of a mess but had so much fun feeding himself. We will be having cake again in a few weeks when Colton turns 8!!!

Biter Biscuits are a HIT!!!

By the looks of his face....I'm not sure that he even ate any of the biscuit!! But he LOVED it!! And SCREAMED when I took it away because there was just a little chunk left and I didn't want him to choke. He of course went straight to the bathtub after this snack!

Day at the Park!

The kids got out of school early today--so we packed up some snacks and headed to the park. Everyone had a great time! The babies really loved swinging!

Garrett at 5 months!

It is so hard for me to believe that Garrett is 5 months old! The time is going by so fast and he is getting so big and getting his own personality. He LOVES to eat! And so far loves everything! He is rolling over alot---only one way. And has been practicing sitting up in his Bumbo.

Boys/Motorcyles!

Colton loves going for rides on his motorcycle and 4-wheeler! When the weather is good he and Justin load up the bikes and head on out. Mom has only been out on her bike a couple times--it is either too cold or way too early for her! Justin just bought Garrett a bike so he will be all ready to go. Colton is getting to be a good little rider--he will be great in teaching Garrett to ride his in a few years.

Holy Babyfood Batman!!!

Ok--so I might have gone a little bit crazy---but Target had such a great deal on baby food--I went NUTS! I got a bit of a high driving to different stores and buying all that I could. It looks like alot and I'm not sure if Garrett will even eat all of this. But I only paid just under $14 for all of this--so if he doesn't eat it--we will give it to the homeless babies.

Best Buddies!

I thought this was the cutest picture of Garrett and Kayden. They are really starting to notice each other now and LOVE talking to each other and touching each others faces. It is just the cutest thing! I know they are going to be the best of friends and I'm so glad they have a little friend so close in age to grow up with.

Video Games!!

Garrett is getting an early start here with Colton in playing some video games! He loves being in Colton's room and hanging out with him.

Garrett gets a taste of cereal....

Garrett will be 3 months in a few weeks--I started him on cereal and he loves it! It has to taste better than just formula all of the time. I think I will start fruits and veggies soon if he does ok on cereal.

Colton and Baseball!

Colton has really enjoyed playing baseball this year! We found a new league that has been alot more fun then others in the past. They have full uniforms, (he even got to pick his own number--#3 after his favorite NASCAR racer)--they play on real fields, and even get to play at night under the lights. It has been so much fun for him! At the end of the season they gave out awards, Colton's team The Rockies came in 4th place out of all the teams. Colton also got a special trophy from his coaches for Sportsmanship. They only gave out 3 of these awards in the whole league so it was really cool for him.

The weather was so nice today that we went out and took a few shots. It was WAY to bright for Garrett so he had to have on his shades!!! Garrett turned 2 months old yesterday.

The boys are sooo cute! Colton is really loving being a big brother to Garrett. I know it won't be long til they are playing outside or rolling around on the floor together.

Garrett @ 1 week old!

I can't believe that Garrett is already 1 week old. We didn't even think he would be born yet...and here he is. What a change it has made in our house! He is such a cute, easy going little baby! As long as you feed him, and feed him on time---all is well! I know it won't be long til these pants actually fit him. ha ha

Garrett Justin joined us on April 12th 2007 at 12:18 am, he weighed 7 pounds 1 ounce and is 20 inches long with TONS of long blond hair. With exception to the hair...he looks just like his daddy!
